Free Nutrition Curriculum Missouri Department of Health and Human Services Free nutrition curriculum is available to classroom teachers in Missouri at no charge while supplies last. All of the curriculum offered are evidence-based or incorporate nutrition education best practices. In addition, all of the K-12th grade classroom curricula have been aligned with the knowledge and performance standards for all six content areas of the Missouri State Board of Education's Show-Me Standards that are tested through the Missouri Assessment Program.
Healthy Eating Posters for School Cafeterias or Snack Bars There are Five great 11" x 17" downloadable posters here for use in your school snack bar or cafeteria. Provided by the Children's Nutrition Research Center at the Baylor School of Medicine, they make a colorful addition to the classroom as well.
